The BCS BIG Summer Reading Challenge

Students were challenged to read six (or more) books over the 6 weeks holiday from the following suggested categories:

• A Sci-fi book
• A fantasy book
• A book about the environment
• A book about science
• A book turned into a film
• A book with a one-word title
• A book with the sea on the cover
• A book set in the past
• A book about love
• A book that Tik Tok recommends

The winner of the competition was Evelyn T (current Y8) who chose some amazing books and completed a full and thorough book review.  Not only did Evelyn complete the task, she actually went above and beyond and read an incredible 20 books!

Evelyn was rewarded with a large tub of Swizzles goodies!
